Background
Komin, the solution published by Kio Software, is a SaaS platform that helps companies formalize and pass on the know-how of their operational teams. It turns paper procedures into visual instructions (videos, operating procedures, training paths) created directly from a phone, tablet or computer.
The platform is used in particular to:
- digitize operating procedures and tutorials
- share best practices across teams and sites
- speed up onboarding and upskilling of new hires
- organize the handover of know-how before someone leaves (retirement, end of an apprenticeship…)
With turnover and retirements causing a loss of expertise that weighs on quality and productivity, Komin wanted to structure its prospecting to identify more industrial and service companies facing these challenges.
Objective
The goal of the collaboration with Oliverlist was to generate business opportunities with companies looking to better capture and pass on their operational know-how.
The priorities were to:
- generate meetings with HR, training and operations decision-makers
- target organizations with field teams and critical procedures
- position Komin as a simple solution for documenting know-how and training teams
